I taught in a self contained Emotionally Disturbed (ED) program with students transitioning to an alternative setting or returning to the inclusion classroom setting. Taught reading in the freshman reading program. As Student Council sponsor, I supervised after school activities that promoted positive interactions among students both competitive and non-competitive. Some of our events included homecoming week, holiday season charities, blood drives, dances and many social events.

I co-taught biology, chemistry, and physical science. I worked as Case-Manager for students with Special needs and / or English language learners.I differentiated instruction to meet the individual needs of special needs students, planning and keeping appropriate state mandated records of their needs and or plans to address those needs. Leading Individual Education Plan ( IEP) meetings, and creating transition plans for post high school

I have experience working closely with the special services team comprised of Deans, Counselors, Speech pathologists, Social Worker, and Psychologist etc. I monitor the progress of our students, and develop individual student plans to assist students develop skills needed to be successful in the Inclusion classroom. I Co-Teach, provide consultative support to teachers as well as working directly with students. I am experienced in supervision of support staff and volunteers. I am proficient, diligent, skilled professional teacher and a committed, competent educator.

Supervised activities of 15 senior account representatives and one team leader in a call enter environment. I was responsible for the daily monitoring of documents and communications to determine adherence to local guidelines and procedures. I trained team members and evaluated their performance. I designed and developed the training program for new hires to the department. I created and lead new employee orientation sessions for the customer accounts department. I maintained personnel records including evaluation records, vacation days, weekly scheduling and payroll

I was responsible for the review and determination of credit worthiness for sub-prime customer credit applications by analyzing credit history and other appropriate reference data. I evaluated risk factors to avoid potential loss exposure. I underwrote automotive contracts and traveled to dealerships across the Midwest to market our products.

* Maintain composure and patience when encountered with challenging student misbehavior. * Present positive attitude while working with students of various levels of maturity and academic abilities. * Use effective interpersonal communication skills with students and staff. * Track daily attendance, grades, and progress of students in the program. * Manage confidential information about students and track disciplinary issues. * Utilize conflict resolution and problem solving skills as needed. * Compile data to identify program success and/or need to make changes. * Complete monthly reports interpreting attendance, truancy and percentages of students successfully exiting the program. * Ensure that teachers report to resource center in a timely manner to work with aassigned students.
