Grant Development: * Securing a Global Fund Grant to strengthen the overall Malaria ecosystem on a global scale. * Developing a private sector engagement plan to improve Malaria case reporting and surveillance in India's tribal and hard-to-reach areas. * Implementing a digitalization program for mass drug administration for Lymphatic Filariasis (LF) in Uttar Pradesh. Strategic Initiatives: * Restructuring the implementation unit from districts to blocks to improve surveillance and reduce costs for the Government of India, saving XX crores. This model has been adopted nationally across 20 endemic states and UTs. * Centralizing previously scattered mass drug administration campaigns into an annual activity, leading to higher social mobilization and drug compliance. * Financial planning and budgeting of various initiatives under Program Implementation Plans, such as the National Health Mission of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Digitalization Initiatives: * Implementing a streamlined data reporting structure and national-level data analysis from scratch. * Creating Excel models for customized requests from the Ministry regarding disease impacts. * Developing a dashboard as a one-stop solution for efficient analysis and decision-making at the national level, enabling evidence-driven public policy decisions. Stakeholder Engagement: * Establishing efficient networking and communication with all relevant partners at the national and state levels. * Building strong relationships with donors, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, through multiple engagements.
