- Lead analyst in designing and implementing a new end to end production process flow for a manufacturing plant with the focus on improving traceability and efficiency in the planning and production of all products - Sub-project lead on companywide Lean initiative, collaborated with and guided cross-functional team members on problem solving, project planning, and implementation of improvements - Designed and implemented ERP solutions in collaboration with customers and application developers, to effectively and efficiently meet business needs, and solve specific business challenges - Glanbia Graduate Employee of the Year, 2018-19, and shortlisted as the GradIreland Grad of the Year May 2019

- Oversaw a team of 10 project engineer consultants on-site for Pratt & Whitney's manufacturing plant in North Berwick, Maine USA - Identified client needs and developed new relationships with key client contacts which led to the expansion of existing projects and contracting of new projects - Managed the planning and execution of 14 projects with budgets totaling over $1.6 million and ranging in disciplines (ex. database creation, materials management, quality control) with a focus on optimizing business processes - Collaborated with other members of the on-site management team for resource planning, business development, and personnel related issues - Selected as the North American Employee of the Month, May 2016
