● Oversee the end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics operational procedures from South Korea to California, including transportation freight planning, delivery/distribution, and warehouse management. ● Coordinate with overseas and domestic clients to ensure new purchase orders are fulfilled promptly via overseas shipping or local delivery (FedEx/UPS/USPS) ● Assign palletizing instructions/tasks to the logistics coordinators and warehouse employees to ensure outbound shipments are prepared accurately and picked up without delay ● Collaborate with the Accounting Department to analyze freight/transportation costs to identify opportunities for operational improvement & cost reduction ● Find and evaluate new carriers/resources to expand shipping capacity and efficiency, including negotiating with carriers and brokers

● Generate quotations for shipments and.determine the most efficient shipping approach, selecting appropriate delivery methods to minimize delivery costs while maximizing customer satisfaction ● Coordinate warehouse and inbound freight activities, including verification of incoming and outgoing shipments and warehouse inventory management ● Managed outgoing freight by scheduling pick-up/delivery appointments, and document preparation (bill of lading, shipping invoices, delivery orders, ect.) ● Track the status of all outbound shipments to ensure timely departures, transits, and delivery of freight
