Accountabilities and Duties •Develop a Strategic Plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth. •Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources. •Provide a strong leadership and management climate throughout the company and delegates responsibility and appropriate authority to employees •Ensure that the operations of the company are in accordance with the by-laws, and recommends changes to the by-laws when necessary •Ensures the annual operating plan is properly developed, approved and implemented •Protect the financial assets and fiscal integrity of the company while expanding the revenue base and controlling expenses •Assure that all approved contractual agreements between the company and clients or suppliers are legally and financially sound and that satisfactory performance of the services specified is achieved •Approve Company operational procedures and standards. •Review all reports and financial statements to ensure the company is operating in a healthy condition. •Ensure the annual budget is well planned and ensure spending don’t exceed the budget on monthly basis •Ensure safety standards are met across the whole company •Ensure the retention of all good customers through customer satisfaction plans. •Run daily operations and resolve conflicts that may arise. •Engage all employees and ensure there are ways of motivating them. -Managing the Procurement of the Logistics Services supply chain activities. on the Corporate Level of 7 Plants : Raw Materials Local & Imported, Export , Transportation, Distribution , Equipment Rental ,inventory control , Stock Replenishment And Full cycle of Alternative Fuels .to ensure the procurement of best value that meet the current and future needs of the production process and support the achievement of corporate production objectives -Ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures through leadership of a 5 specialists of buying team – setting objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating employees –Delegating projects and tasks to them in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved. -Administrate on-line procurement systems like E-Procurement tool for Italcementi Group (Easy Supply) And SAP. -Manage the Negotiations with Local and foreign suppliers by Conducting (RFQ, RFI, Auctions. etc) with a review of the Bid Evaluation. -Negotiate with key suppliers on contract issues as required in order to ensure best value purchasing terms are obtained. -Negotiating the services of 3PL carriers, couriers and haulage companies. -Managing all POs such as Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material Replenishment based on sales and production forecasts. -Monitoring the measurement of supplier’s performance and takes decisions accordingly. -Monitors the administration of the purchasing department. -Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids. -Monitoring with the Warehouse’s & Plants the receiving activities & its OTD -Ensure that the company's commitment to a policy of preserving the Quality, Environment and Safety and Occupational Health. -Identify, develop, propose and/or implement as appropriate policy and contract management instructions and procedure improvements for the Department, in order to ensure the highest professional procurement standards are achieved.

-Responsible for provision of end-to-end contract management in all interfaces, to ensure integrity of project contractual delivery and payment collection. Details including variation management, risk & dispute management, contract closure management, contract fulfillment status monitoring, documents management and etc; meanwhile, to support provision of professional advice based on contract and status analysis. -Ensure optimum logistics performance in the region, through effective management of delivery times, expense control, etc. -Monitoring of the Logistic Service Provider in all activities related to importation, exportation, Warehousing, Transportation, distribution and Purchasing. -Provide sales support, process customer queries and maintain relationship with customers to ensure that their needs are met. -Schedule periodic counting for all materials in the WH. -Managing Monthly stock report for our customers. And Replenishment. -Warehouse management for inbound, outbound materials and inventory management warehouse operation as such stock allocation planning before cargo arrival, picking efficiencies, handling and stock accuracy. -Responsible for participating in contract negotiation and improving general contract terms and quality. -Responsible for billing management, including establishing and maintenance of billing plan, billing support document confirmation, and timely billing, participating in investigation of payment dispute if needed. -Responsible for procurement & purchase order management in the interface of subcontractors, including: PO issuance, approval and tracking, subcontractor contract control, payment verification. -Liaise with customer for shipping arrangement. -Coordinate with Project team on the Installation Schedule for advance warehouse work plans. -Manage and evaluate the performance of our local logistics agencies.

**Pre-launch Team In Egypt *To coordinate with the Clients for transactional requirements and to ensure vide coordination with the planning Officer and the Transport Coordinators that the client orders are fulfilled well within the parameters of the Service level Agreement. -Data Creation on Exceed System. -Maintaining FEFO, FIFO integrity. -Accurate updating WMS. -Reconciliation between SAP & Exceed. -Manage the Manipulation Project operation. -Inventory Management. -Order Processing & Finalization -Client Satisfaction as against complaints. -Leading the customer service Rep. & customer service assistants. -Handling and investigating about the customers complaints. -Training the new hired who join the operation & CS Dep. -Handling new customers’ setup. -Coordinates with the Clients for availing their requirements. -Forwarding WMS generated documents to the warehouses vide the transport Coordinators. -Clarifying issues related the integrity of WMS. -Compiling data to be finally transmitted onwards for stock replenishment. -Regulating along with the stock controllers that data entered on WMS is accurate & up to date. -Forwarding receipt confirmation to customer on regular basis updating hold status as per customer request -Performing QC on all receipt confirmation report. -Liaise between client representatives and warehouse for substitute products for outbound. -Averts situational crisis to the extent possible. -Coordinates with the Contractors and Inventory Control Department for disposal of damaged products. -Interface between client and rest of project Parties. -Furnishes the Line Manager onwards, with reports regularly. -Daily generation of transactional documents and relaying these to all concerned ASAP. -Verifying TOS & KPI’s daily -Coordinates with the stock controllers on matters of system, Operational anomalies and stock replenishments. -Furnishing Monthly / Weekly Inventory Balance Expiry reports to the client.

-Receive, review and process timely shipping and delivery documentations from suppliers, forwarders, clearance agents and insurance companies -Follow up, internally, with the local logistics teams and the Commercial department on internal shipments and, externally, with forwarders, clearing agents, insurance brokers and suppliers on all issues related to external shipments -Receive/follow up on execution of item requests to ensure they are properly shipped, cleared, insured and distributed in accordance to set business requirements -Set up and keep up-to-date a database of local, national and international forwarders and suppliers -Handling customer inquiries & questions. -Ensuring records’ accuracy
