During my tenure at Krish, I embarked on the next phase of my career journey as a Team Leader. In this role, I served as the crucial link between clients, management, and team members, ensuring clear communication and a smooth workflow. I took great pleasure in discussing project requirements with clients and guiding my team through each stage of enterprise-level projects. My primary responsibility was managing all design projects and providing continuous guidance and support to my team members. Embracing both the teaching and learning aspects of leadership, I shared my knowledge with my team while also learning from their unique perspectives. I firmly believe that no one is perfect, and we can always grow and improve by learning from one another. I diligently recorded valuable suggestions and feedback from my team, management, and clients. In my free time, I would reflect on these insights and use them to further develop my skills and become a more effective leader.

At Hi-Tech, I began my journey in the Information Technology industry as a website and UI/UX Designer. My passion for creativity and design played a crucial role in my success and allowed me to excel in various areas. During my time at Hi-Tech, I focused on key design aspects, including graphic design, logo design, UI/UX design, theme design, and website design. My keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail ensured that each project I worked on was visually appealing and user-friendly. By combining my passion for design and technical skills, I was able to create engaging and functional web designs that met the specific needs of our clients and enhanced their online presence.
