* Handling new launched and existing residential projects housing loan tie-up procedure with banks and non banking financial companies by coordinating with all the hierarchies. * Coordinating with in-house legal, technical and liaisoning dept for their clearance which require in tie-up * Accountable for Controlling and Monitoring Team which involves in loan documentation. * Responsible for loan documentation, Verifications, Sanction and follow up for payment. * Establishing Customer Communication by calling up customer and fixing appointment for documentation and personal discussion with bankers. * Checking and Sorting of Customers documents according to the product and Loan amount. * Preparation MIS on day-to-day funding. * Handling additional responsibilities like solving the queries received from Call Centre & through emails. * Documentation which involves after clients booking residential or commercial properties and operation of CRM system * Sales and marketing for new booking of residential projects. * Involved in term loan documentation
