- Collaborated with a team of five to develop and implement the Payouts platform, an efficient system enabling operations to process and manage payouts for diverse tenants including vendors, ad-hoc delivery agents, and service agents - Led the design and development of a distance-based payout computation model - Developed a model to accept multiple rate cards for the same hub, enabling different payout calculations on different locations being serviced by the same hub - Developed and deployed real-time ingestion pipelines utilizing Kafka-based internal tools, effectively replacing traditional batch jobs that were previously required for data ingestion from source databases - Developed a JMX-based solution to capture and push custom metrics in real-time from code to metric tracking systems, such as Cosmos - Redesign and development of the payout engine to function with real-time ingestion architecture, replacing the previous batch job-based flow - Designed and implemented the solution for onboarding existing agents to the hyperlocal delivery model, enabling the expansion of hyperlocal delivery services across multiple cities - Conducted root cause analysis (RCA) of multiple recurring on-call issues, resulting in a 50% decrease in on-call bandwidth. - Successfully ensured the implementation of non-functional requirements (NFRs) for critical REST APIs during the annual BBD sale event, while also taking ownership of multiple other projects and conducting cross-team testing
