Account Manager servicing the fully integrated Cisco account. Day to Day client contact on a variety of projects ranging from television, display, print and experiential. Experience working across departments, evaluating work against a brand strategy and delivering award-level work on time and under budget.

• Acted as the day-to-day account lead on Toyota’s first ever real-time social media activation campaign during the Super Bowl. The project included video production, managing internal creative/strategy and coordination between two groups of Toyota client entities, Disney/The Muppets and 2 additional partner agencies. • Acted as the lead on projects with production budgets up to $10 million that involved managing multiple internal and external departments. • Collaborated closely with companies such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to deliver social content and paid social strategy that best aligned with the client’s objectives. • Worked with the new business team to successfully secure new pieces of business within the Toyota umbrella. • Was in charge of managing the budget of the entire account and worked with upper management on drafting scopes of work.
