* Headhunting. * Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client * companies. * Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview. * Organizing interviews and selection events.

* Screening CV’s. * Scheduling & coordinating interviews and day to day following up with consultancies and giving * them feedback about the interviews conducted. * Conducting preliminary (telephonic) Interviews * Documentation of all new employees * Completing Joining formalities - issuing Offer & Appointment Letters. * Ensuring smooth Joining formalities; preparation of the induction and orientation schedule, * Facilitating department induction * Updating various Excel spreadsheets * File Management - Maintaining personal files of employees and documentation * HR Audit – Verification if all personal files/ background checks * Exit Formalities - Handling Separation Mechanism & providing the inputs to HR department based on Exit Interview to management in view to strengthen the system. * Handling complaint and grievances of all staffs and report them to the HOD. * Conducting Exit interviews. Issuing Relieving and Experience Letters to the employee who resigned * Filling up of Full & final settlement.
