OD (Organizational Development):- • Developed a data-driven Exit Interview Form to uncover root causes of resignation. • Assisted in developing strategies that raise employee retention rate. • Led the design and implementation of a strategic onboarding enablement project by creating and delivering the Employee Handbook (overview on company, products, organizational chart, job descriptions, etc). HR Analytics / Reporting:- • Built an Excel-based KPI dashboard that reduced reporting time by 50%, provided real-time analytics, and became a decision-making tool for leadership.

Operations: • Assisted in writing and drafting formal warning letters and introductory letters to ensure clarity and compliance with company policies. • Utilized the MenaMe system to add new employees, ensuring their profiles were complete and accurate.
