DSM Engineering Materials' specialty plastics are used in components for the electrical and electronics, automotive, flexible food packaging and consumer goods industries. •Be responsible for development projects of US West Coast OEMs in East\North\South-West China. •Managing regional key consumer electronics\EV ODMs and molders. •Developing new market segment and hunting for new opportunities of West Coast OEMs in region. •Integrating the value chain among US\China\Taiwan&SEA. •Developing a clear and robust product roadmap with each OEM customer and provided DSM’s sustainable material solutions to each key OEM customer. •Conducting annual seminar with DSM Tech Group team to widen DSM brand and elaborate leading technology to strengthen customer relationship in region. •Familiar with various contract types and contract negotiation with OEM customers in a complex business model.

◆ Leading 3 team members. ◆ Be responsible for East\North China new market\new application\new customer development. ◆ Managing key consumer electronics ODMs which has multiple production sites and building up the communication platform between China\Taiwan teams. ◆ Integrating all resources to generate the tailored material solution to each key customers. ◆ Collaborating with commercial team for material seminar to key customers annually to enhance customer relationship. ◆ Building up “KM” (knowledge management) system to accumulate the market insights\molding trial experiences\customer visiting report.
