Managed 350 approved pipeline & equipment projects through the full project life cycle involving six engineering, commercial, and support teams resulting in 72 miles of new pipe installed. o Developed and implemented team processes and project metrics which raised the annual cost estimation metric from 57% to 87% over a two year time span. o Managed the daily operations of up to seven field crews completing projects up to $1.5 million with zero safety incidents on projects executed by my team. o Created a new employee guide and developed 7 task specific reference manuals streamlining new engineer training decreasing onboarding by two months per engineer. o Led three engineers and a SME through the development and update of a technical safety standard saving my group ~$50,000 per instance by proposing and implementing an alternative solution.

Processed new candidate requests and processed 17 candidates through company standards portal, bringing on three new partners. o Completed database cleanup and data transfer that allowed data to be evaluated and utilized immediately rather than having to be manually found, which resulted in 3 hours a week in manual data hunting.
