Originally founded to provide valuable internship alternatives for students who lost their internship due to Covid-19. Our long-term vision is to redefine the internship and entry-level sourcing & recruitment processes for both students and organizations. I was primarily focused on the overall student, university, and employer experience and interaction with our product. I am an experienced no-code/low-code bubble.io developer who leads the strategy, design, launch, and implementation of our full-stack 3-sided platform. My goal was to build a company that could provide students with their first professional experience while streamlining the early talent pipeline for all companies. I was responsible for uniting and delivering an excellent product to our students, universities, and employer partners. I am the internal-facing co-founder focused on product, strategy, roadmap, & and operations. Led operations at a B2B SaaS startup focused on modernizing early talent hiring through scalable, skills-based internship programs. Oversaw program design, partner success, and internal systems across 50+ university and employer partners. Helped grow the company to over $100k in ARR, developed our go-to-market strategy, and built a lean, remote team delivering measurable outcomes for students and small-to-midsize employers.

• Led full-cycle product development from concept to mass production, designing and launching 4 new products for the QUIK-LOK attachment system & helping out on 6+ other outdoor power tool products all on the market today. • Collaborated with international suppliers, ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards and cost-effective solutions. • Cross-functional collaboration with Electrical/Hardware, Motor, Quality, Marketing, Safety, EMC, Test, Packaging, & Industrial Design to exceed marketing claims, meet safety guidelines, & deliver the highest quality products on the market. • Expertise in plastic & metal part design, utilizing Siemens NX & Teamcenter to create robust manufacturable designs. • Applied DFM & DFA principles to streamline production and reduce cost. • Conducted statistical tolerance analysis and GD&T to optimize part performance, hit desired tolerances, stack-ups, & fits, & ensure repeatable and cost-effective part manufacturability & assembly. • Designed and executed experiments (DOE) to validate mechanical performance, material selection, and durability. • Developed and tested rapid prototypes: Created 3D-printed and machined prototypes to validate design concepts, assess mechanical performance, and iterate quickly based on testing results & business needs. • Led ergonomic & user-research studies to enhance user comfort, safety, & ease of use, influencing final product designs. • Conducted FEA & FMEA to analyze components prone to mechanical failure, diagnosing weaknesses in material selection, structural integrity, & design constraints to mitigate risks before mass production. • Designed cable harness & wire routing, ensuring efficient assembly, durability, and manufacturability. • Led 20+ design reviews with stakeholders, managers, & VP’s to align technical, product, & business goals. • Trained and mentored 6 new engineers, helping scale the team from 8 to over 110 engineers.
