• Manage incumbent contracts and solicit them out into the public for carriers and suppliers to bid on. • Provide an analysis of the carriers and present them to the contracting officer, who awards the contract. Gather legal documents to execute the contracts and notify unsuccessful bidders. • Contract term extensions including extending current contracts with negotiated rates through heavy supplier communication. • Update wage determinations by calculating new rates via the Department of Labor requirement and execute implementation on the updated contract rates. • Execute contract term modifications including adding, removing, and editing trips within postal route contracts. • Train and onboard new employees on above procedures. • Founding member of the startup team for the United States Postal Service contract services, which began with Ryder in April 2024.

• Provide tactical front-line inbound scheduling to Target distribution centers where accuracy and timing of perishable items are critical. • Contribute suggestions and pilot new processes to customize our solution to the customer’s need. • Completed LEAN Yellow Belt certification project, focusing on the DMAIC process by removing the manual dock door configuration process. This improvement increased manual time savings of approximately 200 hours annually. • Maintain excellent working relationships with external partners and internal colleagues. • Efficiently respond to inquiries regarding purchase order numbers, dating issues, and process improvements with a sense of urgency. • Coordinate direct customer interface seamlessly between warehouse personnel, vendors, carriers, and Target headquarters to facilitate account and operational needs. • Support clients’ customer service needs after hours as needed including weekends and holidays.
