Developed baseline schedule based on the adaptation of a new methodology on Primavera P6. Created a master schedule around 300 activities. Review and validate proposals, monthly service quotes & invoices. Reconciling cost differences due to external schedule & material cost change. Manage cost validation and prepare an appropriate analysis report for the estimate, service records, and preventive maintenance records. Documenting meeting minutes and preparing the upcoming 2-week look-ahead schedule with internal teams. Prepare cost sheets, inspection reports, logistics reports & material tracking sheets. Prepares the proposal and preventive & corrective maintenance service logs and monitors them.
