I with a dual focus on regulatory compliance and innovation support for robotics startups. I manage the Startup Fund’s early stage pipeline, with a particular focus on international founders and first-time entrepreneurs. I guide them through funding preparation, provide access to the incubator at the Danish Technological Institute, and connect them with investors, mentors and public partners. I also contribute to fund governance by supporting reporting, stakeholder coordination and milestone tracking. The role combines operational execution with hands-on support for early tech ventures.

I worked as Project Manager Compliance at Odense Robotics, where I handled stakeholder reporting, contract governance, and co-funding compliance. I optimized CRM data and managed the full membership journey in collaboration with Key Account Managers. Within business intelligence, I led industry analyses, built automated data flows from the CVR registry via LassoX, and supported work on NPS, ESCA certification, and Enalyzer surveys. I also contributed to internal projects focused on data, IT, and CRM.

I worked as a Junior BI Analyst at Odense Robotics, focusing on data compliance, CRM optimization, and business intelligence to support data-driven decisions. I contributed to project governance by tracking KPIs and ensuring timely data delivery across initiatives. My responsibilities included supporting the communications team with a strong data foundation, managing the ESCA Gold Certification process, handling Net Promoter Score data, running Enalyzer surveys for the annual award show, and overseeing membership administration and annual billing.

Master’s thesis in collaboration with Unicontrol, examining how distribution strategy, clustered learning, and internationalization theory influence global market approaches. The research assessed Unicontrol’s current distribution model, its adaptability for international growth, and the strategic value of the Odense Model’s clustered learning environment. Conclusions and executive summary were presented to Unicontrol’s management team.

During my internship at Unicontrol, I supported the transition from HubSpot to Dynamics by cleaning CRM data, building dashboards, and collaborating with the CRM vendor to tailor the system to business needs. I also worked on business development by mapping the distributor journey with leadership, conducting internal interviews, and identifying potential US partners
