Currently, I am a Corporate Buyer at Landry's, a leading dining, gaming, and entertainment company with over 600 locations nationwide. I am responsible for procuring proteins, oils, dairy, and bakery products for various concepts and brands within the Landry's portfolio. I leverage my strong relationships with suppliers and distributors, as well as my analytical and market research skills, to secure the best quality and prices for our products. I also collaborate with chefs, operations, and marketing teams to support menu development and new concept launches.
