For the last 30 years my mission & vision enabled me to empower organizations and people of all walks of life to reach a higher level of performance, fulfillment and to break through any limitation and find their true passion I've had the unbelievable privilege to serve thousands of people in the UK, USA, Europe, South Africa, and Australia through my events. Whether working with teams of staff or executive directors. With extensive management, team-building and peak performance coaching experience - my work has been influenced by some of the best professional training coaches in the world. The biggest influences coming from Jim Rohn, Anthony Robbins and John Kehoe. I have started many successful ventures; with a proven and persistent will to succeed in any project and endeavour I undertake. Impacting many lives globally via Health For Life SA, Rebstein Research International and many more. I am constantly developing new strategies and ideas for fast and lasting change in individuals, teams and businesses with strong foundations built on mindset change and as part of my passion for changing lives, I have recently written a new book: Goal Setting Mastery, with strategies for achieving milestones and objectives in everyday life. After spending a lot of time in Japan at an early stage of my life, where I studied Japanese business and ethical culture. I'm dedicated to creating lasting change through disciplines that are timeless but also incorporating 21st-century cutting edge methodologies and technology to keep up with the changing world. My weekend event is a 50-hour full immersion that can transform anything from your finances to your relationships and even your health. To change our personal development we need to know what's influencing and driving us. Our beliefs, human needs and emotional patterns determine how we react and live every day.
