In this role, I led a team of 5 direct reports and 60 indirect over two shifts and seven diagnostic testing departments, with a keen focus on optimizing ongoing operations and increasing the growth/profitability of the company. Along with this, I developed and implemented strategies, initiatives, new procedures, and technology to promote business development and improve customer happiness, employee productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
