During my time at Big Atom, I successfully led and contributed to several impactful projects, including the redesign of the debeader mounting and hook mechanism, finding cost-effective bagging line solutions for rubber crumb material, and enhancing the process of removing rims from tires. I demonstrated a strong commitment to professional standards, ensuring that all projects were completed on time and to the required design and safety standards. My ability to integrate with different work cultures and balance project demands was evident in my role at Big Atom. Looking ahead, I aspire to secure a position in a fast-paced environment where I can develop and deliver tangible technical solutions while retaining creative control over my projects. Implement the use of new technologies such as eye tracking to improve data collection within assessments. Analyzed past reports and research. Designed an assessment analyzing and measuring trust within human, autonomy teaming. Undertook in data collection in which 28 participant's in person responses were recorded. Conducted early descriptive and thematic data analysis.

Worked as a Cad technician assisting the lead designer and workshop manager. Tasked with designing brackets to allow for custom fitting of clients' preferences. Created and updated CAM files for production. Implemented and assisted with the redesign of the factory's stock system for fittings and fasteners. Helped establish the structure required to allow for expansion of the design sector within the company
