* Management of foreign and domestic trademark portfolios maintaining docket of prosecution deadlines. * Conducting domestic and international screening searches via online database and Internet searches. * Filing of U.S. trademark applications, Statements of Use, Extensions of Time, Renewals, Section 8 & 15 Affidavits, Assignments, Notices opposition and related documents. * Drafting of substantive and non-substantive responses to U.S. Office Actions letters. * Investigating possible infringement; Drafting of cease & desist letters. * Experience with all aspects of European Union, Madrid System (WIPO) and International trademark work. * Communicate with and advise in-house clients. * Instruct and liaise with foreign associates regarding clearance and filing of applications, prosecution and renewals; foreign oppositions. * Preparing Assignments of trademark registrations and applications and filing same with PTO Assignment Branch. * Draft, write and send to the clients the Trademark Newsletter.

* Capture, analyze and audit retail product data. * Maintains records regarding inventory control, intake and sales. * Monitoring inventory levels and works to resolve any discrepancies and determine root causes. * Develops and implements systems for accurately managing inventory.
