Process Safety Management (PSM) with the aim of preventing accidents with environmental and human impacts, fixed assets, and the company’s image. Experience in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA - HAZOP), Consequence Analysis, Management of Change (MOC), Pre-Start-up Safety Review (PSSR), Mechanical Integrity and Quality Assurance (MIQA), Operational Procedures, Operational Discipline (OD), Operational Training, Process Technology, Low Hazard Operation (LHO) and High Hazard Process (HHP). Experience in building new plants and relocating existing plants. Experience in Chemical Reactions, Formulations and Repackaging. Planning and execution of Capital Projects (CAPEX) in line with the corporate strategy. Proven skills to search for solutions and for resolving problems in the Production Area. Management of the areas of Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality, leading technical teams. Preparing reports of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and control over the budget of production plants in South America (Brazil and Argentina) for Global Leadership. Compliance with the ISO 9001 standard - Quality System in the production plants. Compliance with the ISO 14001 standard - Environmental Management System in the production plants. Management of outsourced companies for specific technical activities (Blending, Packaging and Tolling). Control and monitoring of the production plant’s Key Performance Indicators such as productivity, safety, cost, quality, and employee satisfaction. Control and preventive maintenance of the installations of products at OEM´s customers. Expertise in applying Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
