Recently retired from the Board Trustees of Western New England College, after serving as a trustee since 1980, During that time, I served on the Executive Board, headed up the Financial Committee served on the Long Term Planning Committee and many other boards of the college. A great wonderful experience having watched the college grow from the time the first shovel was put into the ground on the beautiful Wilbraham campus.

Co-formed while in WNEC for the purpose of producing dances in local clubs for college students and concerts in the New England area.

OOS provided the helicopter industry with the front-end portion of overhaul process, dealing with all of the main, intermediate and tail gearboxes, main and tail rotor assemblies and helicopter blade refurbishment. Primary customers are Sikorsky, Boeing and Kaman Aircraft.

Texcel provided hermetic laser welding and marking services to the microelectronic, medical surgical instrument and medical implant industries.

Energy Beam Sciences, Inc. was also an outgrowth of EBTEC, located in the Belt Technologies building in Agawam. Energy Beam Sciences is a manufacturer of filaments and apertures used in the electron beam microscope industry. EBS served medical research labs, universities, hospitals and electronics industries. They also supplied those industries with an array of technical lab supplies.

Belt Technologies Inc. was an outgrowth of EBTEC and the first company to build in the Agawam Regional Industrial Park. BELT Technologies manufactures metal tapes and belts used a wide range of industries for the transporting of materials used in the medical, microelectronics, food and manufacturing industries.

Co-founder, Executive Vice President and Treasurer, 1963 to 1986. EBTEC was one of the first Electron Beam Welding and Laser sub-contacting facilities in the Country serving all of the major aerospace, medical and micro-electronic industries. EBTEC was also a manufacturer of Laser and Electron Beam Welding systems.

PTI provides non-destructive test services, specialized coatings, precision cleaning, cleanliness testing and foreign particle cleaning for the medical, aerospace, and aircraft engine industries. Its Bonded Products Division is a Manufacturer of bonded and composite products for the aerospace, aircraft and commercial industries. PTI is a FAA approved overhaul facility for bonded and composite aircraft engine components and a supplier of maintenance free commercial bearings.

Litron is a manufacturer of laser hermetic sealing systems and bench-top production laser welders. Litron is also a laser contract facility providing hermetic laser welding services to the medical, aerospace and microelectronic packaging industries and drilling and cutting services to the aircraft engine manufacturers. Litron’s laser hermetic welding systems are considered as “state of the art” systems and are used by the major microelectronics and medical implantable manufacturers.
