Acting Corporate Governance Global Product Specialist for IFC Advisroy Services, overseeing development of CG projects in more than 40 countries across Eastern Europe, Central Asia, South East Asia, Asia Paciifc, Africa, Middle East and soon Latin America.

Regional Corporate Governance Lead. Coordination of investment and advisory support for IFC equity investment clients. Operational lead for a $3.5 million corporate development project in Ukraine, funded by Swiss and Canadian donors. Managed 35 staff across 4 regional offices (Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk and Odessa) and provided consulting and advisory services to more than 3700 corporations. Also regulatory advice to the Securities Commission on new regulations and codes, introduced CG currcula at 47 business schools across the country and partnered with more than 40 business journalists to help enhance reporting on corporate development issues.
