Coordinate the fabrication and qualification of new tools, maintain detailed progress reports for Program and Technical Managers, and ensure timely delivery of tools to customers. Collaborate with Quality Control and customers to establish inspection methods and sampling plans, ensuring compliance with requirements. Support production processes and lead design changes for existing tooling. Develop estimates and proposals aligned with customer requirements, analyze risks associated with new products, and perform timely gap analysis on new drawings. Facilitate efficient processing of estimates, maintain organized records, and collaborate with process engineers to develop robust processes and production methods.

Collaborated with iRobot team in China and Malaysia and North America in regard to initial part design and tool feasibility along with engineering changes or improvements once tools at production location. After tool manufacturing in Asia, was assigned to transfer and validate tools in Mexico facilities for mass production.

Directly managed 6 tooling engineers and a group of 8 NPI Engineers. Oversee daily activities for tool design, tool feasibility, tool manufacturing, Catia viewer, mold flow analysis and timelines to meet customer milestones. Once tooling arrived at production facility worked plant to validate and release tools for production.

As Project Tooling Coordinator for automotive headlamp and taillamp OEM manufacture, assigned to specific project team to manage part feasibility, tool design and release tooling to production. Dealt directly with global suppliers to accomplish project milestones.

Managed overall aspects of a tier 1 injection molding facility for automotive interior and exterior products. Daily duties included, sales, personnel, raw materials, tool room, quality, manufacturing and shipping.

Processing engineer for automotive connector and wire harness supplier. Establishing consistent processing parameters for production and monitoring OEE's, performing DOEs on problematic tooling and assuring stable and consistent processes for quality parts.

Started my plastics injection molding carrier as operator, material handler, mold setter, injection molding tech, shift supervisor to Foreman.
