Roger’s practice focuses on advising start-ups, emerging growth and middle market companies in a wide variety of transactions, including buy and sell side mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity financing, and has worked with companies in many varied industries, including consumer products, software/tech, cyber security, restaurants, entertainment and clean tech/renewable energy. Oversee all legal and compliance issues for the network of 47 Sumitomo Electric group companies operating in North and South America that design, manufacture and sell a wide variety of electric components, electrical wires and cables, industrial materials, information and communication devices and cutting-edge energy storage. The group companies in North and South America generate over $4.5 billion in net sales annually and are subsidiaries of Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd., which is a publicly-traded company on the Tokyo stock exchange and is a Fortune global 500 company.
