Rocco is a Manager within Private Clients Management Consulting that services private companies, associations and not for profit entities. Our Management Consulting team works directly with private company owners and Boards to partner with our clients to help them attain increased performance by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their key business operations. We assist clients to develop a corporate and organisational vision and strategy. Rocco has commercial, consulting and client handling skills across a range of assignments. Consulting assignments include strategy design, review and implementation, development of strategic and balanced scorecards, working capital improvement programs, competitor benchmarking, business model formulation and reviews, organisational design, feasibility studies, business case development and decision support analysis.

Prior to moving to PwC Sydney, Rocco worked as a Tax Senior Consultant at PwC Melbourne where he specialised in corporate tax, advising a range of private and family businesses and multinational organisations. His experience included advising on Australian corporate matters for inbound and outbound transactions, preparation of prospectus documentation for proposed IPO on the ASX, as well as compiling and managing ongoing company tax compliance obligations. Rocco also completed a three month secondment to a large publicly listed Australian mining company in the role of Tax Accountant. Responsibilities included ad hoc tax technical research tasks as directed by Group Tax Manager and Senior Tax Adviser, including international tax structuring for gold/copper exploration activities.
