Over 45 years in commercial, project management, and line management roles — from small start-ups to large multinationals — gave me a front-row seat to what separates good professionals from great ones. It was rarely strategy. It was almost always people.That insight became the foundation for Ei4Change, where I now teach over 600,000 learners across 200+ countries through accredited online courses grounded in emotional intelligence, positive psychology, and neuroscience. The focus of the conference was to translate the benefits of neuroscientific research into organisations.
