- Offering a broad range of advisory services and capital raising solutions tailored to the needs of the clients/sponsors. Act as a financial intermediary/placement agent, accelerating & mobilizing capital allocation between strategic impact & sustainable investors worldwide (particularly local & international Development Banks, global sustainable funds, etc) & purpose-driven companies/projects.

- Led the origination, structuring and execution of structured transactions to medium & large companies in Latin American with focus on the infrastructure sector (private sector only), supporting projects with significant development impact; - Responsible for building a pipeline of mandated deals of approximately USD 750 MM in Brazil across different infrastructure sub-sectors such as water & sanitation, renewable energy (biomass, solar, etc) and urban mobility.

- Financial advisory and capital raising to impact focused/purpose-driven companies, funds and projects; - Capital fundraising for sustainable economy assets and impactful projects, striving to find the right set of investors and funding sources with ESG/impact focus; - Strategic partnerships with the consulting firms Granito Group (London) & Delphos International (DC).

Responsible for the overall relationship with the Multilateral Agencies, Development Banks and ECAs worldwide. Main focus on the origination and execution of structured transactions with these development institutions both on the buy side (proprietary funding to XP) and sell side (capital raising and corporate advisory to clients).

- Responsible for the implementation of the Development & Agency Finance business within the Fixed Income area of the bank; - Provided financial advisory/deal execution to corporate clients in Brazil and Latam with the participation of the Development Banks worldwide, both in the domestic and international markets.

- Primary focus on the origination, structuring and execution of medium-long term proprietary funding to the bank through the Development Banks and other participants (buy side); - Raised during Y2012-2016 more than US$ 5.0 Bi in structured funding, onlending facilites and proprietary loans from various Development Financial Institutions and for different use of proceeds (SMEs financing, green loans, gender, trade financing, portfolio & single asset financing, etc); - Responsible for the origination & execution (from the Borrower side) of the single largest transaction ever done by IFC (US$ 470 MM/2013); IDB (US$ 900 MM/2013-2015); IIC (US$ 455 MM/2014), OPIC (US$ 480 MM/2014) and Korea Eximbank (US$ 400 MM/2016) to a financial Institution in Latin America; - Responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of corporate and project financing transactions to the clients with the participation of the Development Banks (sell side).

Led IFC’s infrastructure business development effort in Brazil; responsible for the origination, evaluation, structuring and negotiation of IFC's investments in a range of infrastructure sub-sectors (energy, transportation, water & sanitation and others).

Originated, structured and closed various cross-border debt facilities for purposes of WC, trade finance, capital expenditures, expansions, acquisitions, back-up liquidity, refinancing, etc. Actively participated in the closing of over 10 transactions per year worth over US$ 2.5 billion.

Responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of medium-long term structured loans to Latin American corporates and bank clients using techniques designated to mitigate cross border risks (US Exim, MIGA, etc). Primary NY transaction officer for the Brazilian market, working closely with its subsidiary in Brazil to structure debt facilities (trade and non-trade) including extensive travel to Brazil to meet with clients.
