Description: • Design and deliver modules on corporate and sustainable governance, grounded in current regulatory and market practice. • Lead an ESG deep-dive covering materiality, disclosure standards, and investor expectations. • Equip executives with ESG management toolkits: KPIs, dashboards, risk/opportunity mapping, and stakeholder engagement. • Teach corporate governance strategy with emphasis on the financial sector (board oversight, risk & compliance). • Guide financial analysis for sustainable investments, including valuation, portfolio construction, and CAPM applications. • Supervise AI-driven sustainability projects from concept to pilot (e.g., data pipelines, NLP for disclosures, scenario screening).

This consultancy work are based on more than 15 years of intensive research in social, political and economics issues that endorse the development of models and methodologies capable to address complex topics that involves people interaction. The basic idea is to enhance the cooperation through effective and creative approach. How can a functioning aid group for refugees be built up in a city, how to eliminate poverty and social exclusion? How can we improve the health system? How can health care and long-term care be affordable? How to go about counteracting climate change? How does a municipality praise an art prize smoothly? - Social life is full of questions, for it findings allow us to create solutions and answers in the context of smart cities and smart governments. What motivates me as a consultant is the development in people, that allows them to be able to strengthen their citizen identity and use the tools at their disposal to devise and develop the cities where they want to live, in the present and the future.

The configuration of the smart city is presented as an interesting reality with an ambitious grand innovation process. However, there are also some uncertain problems for citizens, some concerns about: social inclusion, intelligent solutions, political innovation, intelligent leadership, information processing, economic opportunities, network cooperation, among others. Governments have a structure that requires changes in the function of the development of technologies and their participation in society. Through this program, students will observe a theoretical, methodological and practical knowledge that will train them for their future career with an important fact that will allow them to become co-designer of Smart Cities tools, with the result of a better quality of life of each of its inhabitants.
