Federal Government Department of Defense – As Lead Data Architect for a Department of Defense Logistics Data Warehousing/Data Mart Project, I negotiated and managed project budget and managed Subcontractors. I implemented capabilities Maturity Model techniques at Software Engineering Institute Level 3 in a joint rapid application development approach. I completed the interface between two DoD Data Warehouses on time and under budget and designed and implemented a Web-based Work Flow Contracts Administration Tool for Defense Logistics Agency. I architected a Video Conferencing/Video On Demand system for major DoD clients and deployed a Video Conferencing Demonstration Lab. I was the project techincal architecture representative to major DoD clients. I ensured coordination between multiple US Government Agencies and contractors.

As part of the IBM Cognitive, Big Data and Analytics, Financial Services Sector I am responsible for the design development, delivery and financial performance of complex multi-vendor data-centered projects with globally distributed development teams. As a Sr. Solution Manager I provide thought leadership to our Financial Services clients in IBM Design Thinking, Agile, Big Data Data Integration, Master Data Management, Data Visualization and classical Business Intelligence solutions.
