- I worked and eventually managed the USAID-funded SCMS project resources that supported the SA National Department of Health (NDoH). - Implemented the Direct Delivery strategy for the SA National Department of Health. - Implemented the Visibility and Analytics Control Tower and Provincial Medicine Procurement Units on behalf of the SA National Department of Health in selected provinces. - Relationship building with pharmaceutical manufacturers. - Assisted with the development of associated supply chain reform strategies. - Managed relationships with both National and Provincial Departments of Health and relevant stakeholders in the public and private sectors, other partners, donors and funders, including USAID, CDC & The Global Fund. - Assisted in formulating the Supply Chain Strategy for the SA National Department of Health (2016-2021. - Successfully implemented the direct delivery and Provincial Medicine Procurement Unit processes in the Gauteng Province and other provinces. - Authored and co-authored a number of the concept notes used by the National Department of Health to support the overall strategy.

- Responsible for all pharmaceutical and healthcare-related business entities within the UTi Group: * UTi Pharma (The Sisonke Partnership). * Chronic Solutions Company. * Imithi Wholesaler. * Chronic Medicines Dispensary (CMD) / UTi Specialist Pharmacy. - Developed a 5-year strategy that encompasses all the above business units. - Responsible for the change management to better integrate the business units and rationalize where necessary in line with the strategy of the Pharma business and the greater UTi Group. - Managed the Executive Team of 8 Individuals: Operations, Quality Assurance, Finance, Sales & Marketing, IT, HR, Commercial, UTi Specialist Pharmacy - direct to patient. - Led healthcare operations, managing an annual revenue of ZAR 819 million and a 1,200-person workforce. - Spearheaded the ZAR 570 million warehouse development project, improving healthcare logistics resilience. - Developed financial and operational models to drive sustainable business growth. - Managed and reported within a complex matrix structure globally. - Formulated a new strategy for the organization to protect market share and grow the business despite local market and regulatory challenges. - Rationalized non-core business units in line with the current strategy.
