For a number of years, I have been interested in developing thriving business communities. I founded Livingroom Analytics to inspire and facilitate thriving & productive work communities. Utilizing research, Big Data and AI, our cloud software solution will enable companies to work smarter, healthier and outperform others.

Ph.d. project. 3 case studies: a large oil platform, a unit for subsea technology, a research unit (R&D). 160 interviews. Analysis, 5 written reports, coaching of leaders, 2 presentations in company. Results: “Their research gave really useful insight to us. They revealed a couple of issues we were not aware of […] and gave a set of proposals for further improvement. […] The unit actually received the best feedback in the annual Work Environment Survey in 2006 in its part of StatoilHydro.
