Have more than nineteen (19) years of professional experience in chemical laboratories in diversified areas and roles. I am an expertise and research & analytical minded chemist with extensive experience in various types of polymerization techniques viz., Emulsion polymerization & water born solution polymerization and Polyurethane dispersion. I am exposed to analytical activities in various branches of polymer chemistry namely Reverse Engineering of Acrylics, various mechanical, thermal & thermo-mechanical behavioral analyses polymers, & water born paints, dispersibility & stability analysis. I have got the experience to various drying techniques for polymer, different formulations & application related to PVC industry. * Familiar with all modern chemical laboratories, application equipments and have done analysis on medium as well as large sized chemical laboratories. material and financial resources towards the achievement of stated objectives, to plan and manage work programs and to lead, motivate and provide effective guidance to a team of professional and support ssh innovative ways to perform multiple tasks towards the achievement of departmental objectives.* Motivated and goal driven with strong work ethics, continuously striving for improvement coupled with excellent administrative aptitude with an eye for detail and commitment to offer quality work. * Ability to maintain harmony under pressure with a good sense of humor.
