As a leader in Program & Project management for VxRack Flex (Multimillion revenue HyperConverged Infrastructure product ), I offer expertise in overseeing all aspects of project planning, from program schedule, infrastructure budgeting and resource allocation to ensuring quality deliverables with laser focus on customer impact. I work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. I also analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

Software Development ○ Developed dockerized Rest enabled API gateway with microservice architecture supporting double digit APIs for an internal tool used across the company including teams - Factory, Deployment & Implementation, Pre-Sales, Customer Support and Professional Services. ○ Created automated build jobs for multiple microservices triggered on GIT commits. ○ Enabled RabbitMQ communication between microservices Product Owner/Project Manager ○ During this successfully completed two independent projects simultaneously. ○ Owned one project end-to-end and wore multiple hats along the way including Product management, Scrum Master, Project Management and Tech lead. This product was specifically to reduce Field Expansion/Upgrade time for largest VxRack Flex customer.

Project 1 - Development & PdM/PO Roles ○ Main contributor/developer on Dell EMC Health & Configuration Checker for converged & hyper-converged systems - vBlocks, vxBlocks and vxRack. Features leveraged by multiple internal stakeholder and company partners for pre-incremental sales, manufacturing operations, system upgrade/expansions and customer support. ○ Solution development on top of Dell products (Dell Boomi, Dell PowerEdge), Cisco products (Unified Compute System, C Servers; Switches -Nexus 3000, Nexus 5000, Nexus 9000 series)  and Dell EMC storage products (VxRack Flex, VxFlex OS, VMAX, VPLEX, VNX, Unity, Isilon) to manufacture, deploy & maintain converged and hyper-converged infrastructure; Develop & review design, functional, technical (including architectural diagrams) & user documentation. ○ Business usecase development; Stakeholder management and requirements prioritization; Maintain and track project progress using tracking tool Jira. Create Epics and stories including sprint planning and work assignment to the team; Measure and analyze quality metrics. Present metrics to leadership and suggest/implement process improvements; Develop, review, and analyze test strategies for tools developed by my team; Follow, teach and support agile methodologies like Kanban & Scrum for product development. Project 2 - Developer & Scrum Master Roles ○ EMC Enterprise Hybrid Cloud (EHC) is a cloud platform built using Dell EMC Converged & hyper-converged infrastructure. It delivers IT-as-a-Service and increase business agility by automating the delivery of traditional enterprise applications via self-service catalog. ○ Automated EMC Hybrid cloud deployment; Enabled features like Baremetal System Provisioning, cluster & VM provisioning, DVS migration, storage provisioning , NSX deployment & others using underlying technology EMC ViPR & Puppet Razor. ○ Solely automated EMC EHC foundation upgrade from version 3.0 to 3.5

○ Developed Business Continuation and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) which provides suite of workflows and actions for data protection and recovery operations on a Converged Infrastructure system - vBlock. ○ Completed proof of concept by failing over datastore(s) from production site to disaster recovery site. Designed and developed workflows to map tenant cluster/hosts to DR cluster/hosts, map VM networks, enable/disable datastores and failing back to production vBlock. Used SSH calls to underlying technology, RecoverPoint. The data and VMs will be moved to another vblock with miminal Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) 

○ Contributed to Services Routing Technology Group (SRTG) which had 2000 employees and produced 10% of Cisco’s total revenue. Project required hardware, software, networking concepts application using IOS, Linux and Virtualization environments. ○ Designed and developed Next Generation IO (NGIO) modules and command line interfaces (CLIs) on Cisco 4400-ISR (IOS-XE) series. 4400-ISR Router features gigabit forwarding. NGIO Infrastructure enabled inbound and outbound traffic on host router's control and forwarding plane and is a platform independent library. ○ Lab Management: Maintained routers reserve system, across several teams (Offshore & Onshore); Provided test setups (with specific topology/modules) for remote access; Lab inventory management; Configuring terminal port server, switches, SNMP server; Configuring and writing scripts to support router power-cycling via Raritan & Tripplite powerstrips. ○ Contributed to code reviews & design specifications; Developed system drivers and device drivers for Local Area Network/Wide Area network devices; Developed and debugged moderate complexity and multiple modules of code at the subsystem level.
