1. Cooperate with Chinese counterparts in supervise operation of sulfuric acid, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards while overseeing a plant with a total production capacity of 12,700 T/day across 6 production lines. 2. Develop, revise, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of sulfuric acid production operations to ensure safe and efficient processes within the context of a high-capacity production environment. 3. Take ownership of worker safety and operational safety protocols, implementing and enforcing safety measures to maintain a secure working environment conducive to achieving production targets safely and efficiently. 4. Monitor operational conditions continuously to ensure process stability and optimal performance of the sulfuric acid production lines, maximizing output within the plant's established production capacity.

- Lead daily operation to ensure efficient process, optimize resource utilization and adherence to quality standard - Developed and implemented strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce cost and increase overall plant productivity - Monitored production schedules, identified bottle necks, and implemented corrective action to meet production targets. - Ensured compliance with relevant HSE regulations

1. Help the production department in improving efficiencies and production capacity by assist production team in performing Continuous Improvement program. 2. Plans machine and man resources based on customer future needs by running Rough Cut Capacity Planning 3. In charge in maintaining and developing production organization to accord ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015

I am in charge to handle several customer and provide assistance for theirs needs. Followed with coordination with production team that I lead. I also do production planning accord with customer's need and material availability.

I was in charge to analyze system efficiencies in Chlor-Alkali Plant at Pindo Deli Pulp & Paper. I was also in charge in supervise implementation of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 and MBOS.

I supervised 15 people that consist of engineering team and production team in running a nylon polymer plant in Cirebon.
