The BaseMe Ambassador Community (BAC), organized by BaseMe, is a community for students who are seeking career development beyond job hunting. Unlike conventional job hunting communities, BAC does not aim at obtaining job offers as its goal, but aims to become a community hub where people of the same generation who continue to be active in society can connect and mutually support each other's challenges.

Selected from over 3,000 applicants with a highly competitive ratio of 1 in 300, I participated in a marketing internship at AnyMind Group in Jakarta, Indonesia. By implementing marketing tactics to drive business growth, our team won the competition, and I was honored to receive the MVP award out of the participants. This experience helped me further develop my strategic thinking, teamwork, and execution skills, reinforcing my commitment to delivering impactful results.

Responsibilities： ・Immersed in Microsoft’s corporate culture, understanding the company’s mission, values, and how different departments collaborate to achieve business goals. ・Attended internal and external meetings, occasionally leading client discussions. Facilitated alignment between Microsoft and customers, uncovering new business opportunities. ・Proactively organized and summarized meeting notes, sharing key insights with the team. ・Supported hands-on sessions for business leaders, showcasing Microsoft’s cloud solutions and technologies to empower businesses in the evolving financial sector.

Engaged in projects collaborating with public offices and companies such as Yokohama City Hall and JR East Start Up Co., managing project planning and on-site execution for the "MACHINAKA English Quest" program, an international exchange initiative promoting English learning through mission-based activities.

Serving as PR writer for WorldClassroom, an innovative EdTech platform aimed at promoting students' language learning and facilitating intercultural exchange experiences. Also conducted extensive research within the EdTech sector to analyze market trends. Shared findings with cross-functional teams to align PR strategies with marketing objectives and enabled collaborative interpretation of opportunities.

Effectively facilitated online communication among students with varying English proficiency levels as a moderator in cultural exchange sessions, fostering cross-cultural understanding and collaboration in unpredictable virtual environments.

-Managed career education and inquiry-based learning programs for Japanese junior and senior high school students. -Delivered motivational speeches and career seminars, guiding students through career path exploration and academic decision-making, resulting in increased clarity and confidence among over 300 students. -Mentored and assisted students struggling with academic and career uncertainties through one-on-one sessions, providing guidance to help pave their way for the future.

As a mentor for a university exam cram school that focuses mainly on comprehensive type selection (AO entrance exam), provided one-on-one support related to writing statement of purpose, essay in both English and Japanese.
