Zimplats | Ngezi 3rd Concentrator Project (Jan 2021 – Dec 2022) ⬥ Led a green field project to expand the Concentrate Plant at Ngezi Mine in Zimbabwe. ⬥ Managed engineering, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of a 900ktpm concentrator plant. ⬥ Integrated new infrastructure with existing facilities, ensuring smooth operations. ⬥ Coordinated with stakeholders & ensured adherence to the FIDIC silver book contract. Nokeng Mine | Nokeng Fluorspar Project (2017 – 2020) ⬥ Managed a joint venture project with Group Five to produce high-grade Acid Grade Fluorspar & Metspar Grade Fluorspar. ⬥ Oversaw design, procurement, and construction phases, ensuring compliance with project specifications. ⬥ Successfully installed and commissioned key equipment such as crushers, flotation cells, and thickeners. Karowe Mine | MDR Project (April 2016 – July 2017) ⬥ Oversaw the Mega Diamond Recovery (MDR) Project, focusing on recovering large diamonds before the crushing circuit. ⬥ Managed change management processes and ensured adherence to the Silver Book FIDIC contract. Orapa Mine | VSIC Pilot Plant Project (Feb 2015 – July 2016) ⬥ Led the construction and commissioning of a vertical spindle impact crusher (VSIC) pilot plant to investigate operational efficiency. ⬥ Delivered the project on time & within budget, achieving client satisfaction. Aquarius K1 Plant | Tailings Pipeline Project (June 2013 – March 2014) ⬥ Managed the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a 3.2km overland pipeline. ⬥ Successfully coordinated with stakeholders to ensure timely completion & meet quality and safety standards.
