My name is Richgerald Garrido, and I have over 15 years of experience in the BPO industry, specifically in retail and financial accounts. Throughout my career, I've held various roles, including customer service representative, mentor, coach, team leader, trainer, compliance auditor, and executive support POC. What sets me apart from others is my unwavering commitment to ensuring that all stakeholders involved in a project are satisfied with the end result. Whether it's dealing with internal or external customers via inbound or outbound channels or meetings, I make sure that everyone involved feels heard, respected, and appreciated. Throughout my career, I've had many accomplishments that I'm proud of, but here are just a few highlights that stand out: Firstly, I was part of a successful merger of two major banks in the USA, where I played a crucial role in ensuring that the transition went smoothly for both the employees and the customers involved. Secondly, I was part of a team that set up a marketplace support team handling Amazon, Newegg, and Ebay. We faced numerous challenges along the way, but through teamwork and determination, we were able to overcome them and deliver exceptional results. Lastly, I successfully launched a tool in three sites and 10+ accounts. This project required meticulous planning, execution, and collaboration with various teams, but the end result was worth it, and it was a proud moment for me and my colleagues. I firmly believe that my success is not just due to my skills and experience, but also my passion for what I do. I am always looking for ways to learn and grow, and I believe that this mindset has helped me become the successful professional that I am today.
