Supervision and management of the HR BP Team, 12 colleagues in close cooperation with the HR director. Support and coordination in labour law, labour administration, training, recruitment, and incentive cases. Handling fluctuation, on-boarding, HR budget planning, introduction of performance management system, change management, trainer role, preparation of HR policies, dealing with the workers council. Acitve participation in the wide range leadership development program.

The renewal of the whole internal communication structure, comprehensive information campaigns for workers, cooperation with brand ambassadors, mentors and rapporteurs of organisation development + CSR activities. Organizing events for employees, employer branding activities and strategy building.

Beside the prosecutor’s tasks I served 2 years in the Department of International Judicial Cooperation, and worked 4 years with staff matters, quasi as an HR generalist in close cooperation with workers council.
