Primary duties focused on providing direction of development group servicing all resorts in the Western U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Hawaiian Islands region.

Responsible for achieving excellence through coordination of systems for project development, construction management, entitlements/permitting, marketing, property management and sales/lease-up.

Responsibilities included providing business development through establishment of satellite office in Sacramento, California, and management of Northern California and mountain state regions of the U.S.

Supervised Home and Land Development, Construction, Purchasing, and Sales Departments with focus on control of sales lifecycles, direction of pre-construction design and cost estimating processes, draft of budget, management of subcontractor and vendor contracts, and oversight of construction schedule.
