Assumes contractual, commercial and financial responsibility for the delivery of all contracts across the southern region. Key contributor to company development, business strategy and construction management since October 2013 going forward.

Responsible for the delivery of major sportsfield and landscape construction projects throughout the UK for Principle Contractors, local government and private clients or clubs. Key Responsibilities To compile and provide PQQ appraisals, tender return information. Price estimation, works appraisals and budget planning in the tender process. Pre-contract negotiations, client consultation and attendance of pre-let interviews. Provision and compilation of project documentation including, construction phase plans, task specific method statements and risk assessments. Compilation of plant reports, site investigations and handover reports, construction quality plans and operations and maintenance manuals. Direct management of plant, labour and materials resources. Procurement of materials, cost negotiations and approved supplier appraisals. Appointment and management of multiple subcontract work elements with values up to and exceeding £100K. Compilation of project construction programmes, client liaison and chairing or attending progress meetings with key stakeholders.Full financial accountability for projects including cash flow analysis, issue of monthly valuations, project invoicing and month end financial reports. Responsibility to ensure the project work scope is completed in accordance with contract information, drawings and specifications.Provide valued engineering alternatives and solutions, through design, materials and methodologies to the works package. Provide motivation, direction and influence to the project team, consulting and working with the client in managing expectations, project delivery and the provision of first class facilities.

Compilation and drafting of proposal design technical drawings. Full drainage and earthwork design appraisals with clients, contract managers and consultants. Site specific field analysis including topographic survey, field sampling, data logging, and buried or hidden service investigations. Data analysis, manipulation and processing. Digital terrain modelling of captured data for interpretation and analysis.3D design and earthwork model concepts, production and calculation of volumes, areas and project quantities.Projection of conceptual views, project earthwork feasibility studies and client consultation for design and construction requirements. Assistance to planning applications, external design interrogation and valued engineering analysis.Responsibility to oversee adherence to the procedures as set with ISO 900.
