11 years with Amazon and counting. I am currently a Sr Manager within the Marketplace Expansion team in Europe, based in Luxembourg. My team and I focus on creating a great customer experience when launching new stores in Europe, focusing on our 3rd Party Selling Partners. In 2020, we successfully launched Amazon.nl (March) and Amazon.se (October) giving Dutch and Swedish customers access to millions of items sold by our Third Party Selling Partners. Previously, from 2017 to 2019, I was part of the European "Fulfilled by Amazon" (FBA) organization in Europe. I focused on delivery experience working hard to improve Customer's experience by offering better services to European Selling Partners. From 2014 to 2017, I was a Senior Product Manager supporting a Retail program to expand Amazon's vendor base in Europe. From 2011 and 2014 I worked at Amazon.it as Instock and Vendor Manager focusing on the launch and expansion of new product categories, including Baby, Toys, Do-it-yourself. Prior to Amazon experience, I have been: - Maintenance Supervisor at ENI (2007-2010) working in Italy, France and Qatar - PhD Student and Consultant (2006-2007) working for a spin-off of my University I have a Mechanical Engineering background (2001-20016) and an MBA at SDA Bocconi (2010-2011) with concentration in Marketing.
