Lead finance strategy in Mexico during company expansion in LATAM through M&A. Managed a team of 32 people in Finance, with 5 Senior Managers as direct reports. Main Achievements: ∆ Managed local P&L with full responsibility, proved increase in EBITDA result (77%) in 2023 vs 2022. ∆ Led EBITDA turnaround in M&A integrated companies, from loss-making to profitable in 6 months by delivering a major cost rationalization and new revenue strategy. Lead Working Capital reshape and strategy in container cargo handling and landside transportation businesses. Managed a team of 29 people, with 5 Managers as direct reports. Reported to CFO Mexico & Central America. Main Achievements: ∆ Lead a huge portfolio (above Billion USD) in Accounts Receivable. ∆ Reduced 46% on past due invoices, granting to the company faster cash availability. ∆ Closed relation with banks to implement an automatic cash application with SAP developers. Positive result in productivity with a 60% automatic cash application during the first 3 months. ∆ Set up of Accounts Payable department.

Led finance strategy in Mexico and Central America after company integration in M&A environment. Managed a multi-cultural team of 43 people in Finance, with 3 Country Head of Finance and 3 Senior Managers as direct reports. Member of Cluster Senior Leadership with reporting line to Cluster CFO. Reporting to the Cluster CFO for Area Central America, which is responsible for Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and also for the Third-Party agents in Nicaragua and Belize. Responsible for the entire Accounts Receivable (AR) results in Costa Rica and Third-Party agents in Nicaragua and Belize. Also have under my responsibility the functional responsiblity for the others Central American countries (Panama, Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador). Accounts Receivable is responsible for: - Cash Application - Collection - Credit - Invoicing Total headcount of 5 employees, being Coordinator and Analysts.

Financial Accounting is an 8-week, 60-hour online certificate program from Harvard Business School. This course teaches the fundamentals of financial accounting from the ground up.
