Job Desc: - Giving assistance to Purchasing Manager - Maintain Purchase Request (Process the PR ASAP, Especially the urgent one) - Make a PO (Purchase Order) from User Request/Purchase Request - Negotiate the Terms of Payment, Price, Shipment - Make sure to buy the right item from the correct supplier category - Setup new vendor and check the requirements: TDP/NIB, SIUP/IU, SPPKP, Bank Data, Form Registration Vendor and Integrity Statement Form - Control outstanding PO - Follow up on outstanding payment - Maintain supplier invoice - Maintain a good buying decision in an urgent condition - Maintain good relationship with supplier or vendor - Dealing with client or vendor complaints - Monthly Report To Purchasing Manager - Controlling and supervising team

- Identify & analyzing users' purchase requests in order to efficiently cost. - Negotiating with vendors to get the best prices. - Creating purchase orders & monitoring goods to be received in good condition. - Saved 10 % of consumable goods budget.
