In this client based role, I was responsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise process architecture, work profiles, process integrations and supports functions in their compliance with the Information Management and Document Framework Standard. I was responsible for supporting the business teams of the clients with the understanding and application of this framework. I did this using ARIS Business Publisher to model business processes and then using MS Word, produce Process Requirements and other reports for use by process owners and end users. I provided subject matter expertise and support for the deployment and continuous improvement of process analysis methodology for major projects. With an SAP implementation being rolled out, my areas of focus were, but not limited to plant maintenance, FI and CO, project systems, HR, supply chain, Asset Maintenance, Risk Management and CATS. I also developed, maintained and advised on Netweaver Business Client (NWBC) work profiles for systemised process roles (including SAP security roles).

My role at Woolworths was to develop training material and deliver face to face training to national and regional Distribution Centres and Allocations teams in head office, Tasmania and New Zealand. Areas to train include Basic Navigation, Master Data & Inventory Management, Allocations and replenishment.

Global Business Sourcing Solution (GBSS) Integration project’s purpose is to integrate the information from the Planning and the Order & Product Registration systems into the current Sourcing system. My role is to develop training material and deliver face to face training to groups of up to 20 Vendors on the new process and functionality.

* Galaxy is a transformation project designed to move Woolworth’s information and processes from its current legacy systems to SAP. * Conducted and participate in workshops to document the As-Is and To-Be end to end processes and publish the Business Process Design documents for sign off and socialize the Key Decision Design documents to Business Process owners. * Prepare the Business Process Procedure documents which included recording work instructions using, RWD uPerform and other training documentation and supporting training courses. * Using ARIS Design Publisher, responsible for mapping the To-Be processes. * End to End process responsibilities – * Promotions Management for Retail * Maintain Vendor Master Data * Manage Pay By Scan (Consignment inventory procurement) * Responsible for supporting unit and system integration testing and managing the resolution of defects through HP Quality Centre.

1SAP is a BHPB project that is an organization and global wide initiative to simplify and standardise people, processes and systems. I worked in a training team of seventeen which is part of the 1SAP Group Functions (corporate division) Implementation Team. Using ARIS Business Publisher and MS PowerPoint, I was responsible for the development and delivery of process based training courses in FI-CO modules of SAP to the corporate finance and treasury staff. I also assisted with the training needs analysis and audience analysis.

* Project Landscape is a major initiative to streamline processes and implement an integrated system (SAP) for the stores and head office. * Package 1 responsibilities - * User Acceptance Testing the daily reports (Cognos), security profiles and the GL implementations where I wrote and executed the testing. * Package 2 responsibilities Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory - * Facilitate and participate in workshops with business owners and consultants to map the 'as is' and design the 'to be' processes * Execute Unit and Integration Tests * Act as Change Agent to ensure business readiness * Facilitate face to face training to Finance and broader network staff in Fi/Co, IHC, SD, MM, IM and BW/BI * Provide level 1 post go live support

* Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, in this role I was responsible for ensuring the processes, system and people are aligned.
