• Direct involvement in client interaction • Do all communications whether incoming or outgoing correspondences pertaining to projects handled. • Sourced, screens, interviews and evaluates applicants/candidates of various positions for client vacancies. • Follow up on applicants/candidates on their requirements, or any updates and statuses pertaining to their application. • Inform and orient approved applicants/candidates on their Salary Offers and Compensation Packages according to the client’s compensation structure advised by the client. • Refer approved candidates for Medical Examination and brief then on the processing procedures and requirements and other related matters. • Prepare all necessary documentations of approved candidates for processing to the different government agencies such as POEA and Embassy. • Coordinate with the Liaison Officer for the processing of Visa and POEA Exit Clearance. • Prepare contracts; arrange bookings and confirming flights of workers ready for employment. • Inform clients of weekly reports on the progress of all their recruitment projects and if and when needed and provide management of the reports as well. • Do Pre-Departure / Final Briefing to all deploying candidates.

• As a Senior Nurse- doing coordination with other 2 clinics located in the Hospital and province. • Doing pre-assessment and obtaining vital signs of the patients. • Assisting Doctors in Minor Surgeries. • Answering phone calls in the clinic and scheduling patients in one of the JCIA hospital in the Philippines for any appointments such as Consultations with Specialist Physicians and for laboratory procedures. • Arranging ambulance conductions to patients. • Home visits to patients and doing procedures such as vaccination and giving home instructions as per Physicians advised. • Making claims for the services rendered to patients for billing purposes. • Successful used of ICD 9 and CPT codes for claims making for TRICARE references. • Administering oral, intramuscular and subcutaneous medications and giving home medication instructions.
