* Work on design process based on ISO 9001 (2008) which covers four phases: design input, output, verification, and validation. * Set the annual product development activities based on internal surveys, including setting up time frame for complete product development activity. * Set detailed design requirements for product development staff (s). * Study and look up for new materials and technologies related with manufacturing process (es). * Source for third party aliases related with realization of product (s) and/or component (s) worldwide, as well as maintain strong relationship with key suppliers or vendors. * Release six new standard product series annually in launch events. * Report the monthly development progresses of every projects. * Maintain every steps of the product development activities.

Source for potential suppliers and vendors in South East Asia (SEA) and China. Maintain excellent relationship with existing suppliers and vendors, by continous communication and periodic visit. Bridging the gap between principal and suppliers or vendors to ensure the product is delivered in the best way, according to end user's expectations. Develop brand own exclusive design of furniture and hospitality products. Specify the detailed requirements for suppliers and vendors. Generate drawings for non-standard and modified products to suppliers and vendors.
