- Lead and supervise a technical team of 18 personnel (16 technicians and 2 supervisors) supporting R&D trials and ongoing production operations. - Act as a technical interface between R&D, QA, Production, and PPC, facilitating aligned decision-making to maintain continuous production flow under color and material variability. - Drive technical risk mitigation by enabling controlled production running during shade or material uncertainty, preventing unnecessary production stoppages. - Coordinate industrial trials, material readiness, and production scheduling to ensure on-time finished goods delivery while maintaining defined shade range standards. - Perform root cause analysis for recurring production and shade-related issues, translating findings into practical corrective actions and process stabilization. - Support supplier and internal stakeholder alignment to secure material consistency and reduce trial-to-production gaps. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deviation records, and SOP compliance reports to support audit and operational transparency.

- Supervised laboratory and industrial-scale trials for new product development, glaze formulation adjustments, and color consistency validation prior to mass production. - Served as a technical coordinator between Design, Laboratory, and Production, ensuring design intent and color targets were realistically translated into manufacturable outcomes. - Led color matching and shade grading activities during industrial trials, supporting stable transition from development phase to routine production. - Provided technical judgment in assessing acceptable shade variation, balancing visual standards with process capability and production efficiency. - Identified recurring quality and shade-related risks, contributing to process improvement initiatives and refinement of trial evaluation criteria. - Supported documentation and refinement of technical standards, work instructions, and SOPs related to R&D trials and production readiness.
